ALBANY TEACHERS' AGENCY

HAS GOOD POSITIONS FOR GOOD TEACHERS WITH GOOD RECORDS

[ocr errors]

FREE REGISTRATION

During the past three years many new teachers' agencies have been established and in order to get candidates have been compelled to offer registration without fee.

It is a reasonable supposition that these agencies have few
opportunities to recommend teachers for positions because
they have not been long enough in the business to become
widely known and to acquire a reputation with boards of
education and superintendents. School officials patronize
the agencies that are known for their reliability and through
which they have already secured successful teachers.

Any agency can send teachers Notices of Vacancy but the
established agency has much the best chance of Filling
Positions, because only such an agency is requested by
School Officials to RECOMMEND teachers.

The agencies that offer free registration usually have little
else to offer. The teachers pay nothing and generally get no
more than they pay for.

Perhaps they miss the chance of getting a better position. Isn't it better to pay a registration fee and get reliable service guaranteed by years of successful experience ?

THE ALBANY TEACHERS' AGENCY has been doing business under the same management for the past fifteen years. Last year this agency filled over 500 positions, 97% of which were on Direct Calls from School Officials. This is only ONE THIRD the number of positions the agency might have filled if enough teachers had been registered to supply the demand.

JUST THINK OF IT!!! LAST YEAR THE ALBANY TEACHERS' AGENCY was able to fill less than ONE THIRD of its direct calls for teachers.

THE REASON:-NOT ENOUGH CANDIDATES.

Is not that reason enough why you should register now and be willing to pay $2.00 for the privilege?
