TERMS OF SALE.

Bills must be paid before 12 o'clock on the day after sale. No credit given under any circumstance.

On mail orders, payment must be made on receipt of bill.

Deposits must be made when requested.

All Books are sold so much per volume, and bids must be made accordingly.

Bids faithfully executed by the Auctioneer without extra charge for those who cannot attend sale.

For purchasers or their agents present at the sale, Books are sold as they are, without recourse. On mail orders, Books are guaranteed as catalogued.

Books purchased through bids executed by us and not up to description in catalogue must be returned within fifteen days from date of sale.

In all cases of disputed bids, the Auctioneer reserves the right of re-selling the lot in question.
