VERY RARE. Apparently the fourth edition. Coxeter relates that he had been assured by an old bookseller that this play was entered at Stationers' Hall as Shakespeare's, but at that time thought falsely, in order to make it sell. Referred to by Mr. Furnivall in "Allusions to Shakespeare' as illustrating a passage in "Romeo and Juliet."

EXTREMELY RARE AND AS CURIOUS AS RARE. A work that gave rise to much and interesting controversy and numerous were the editions of the book itself and of the answers to it, chiefly by ladies, published during the 17th century. Neither the Huth nor any of the other great libraries possessed a copy and we have to go back to the sale of the Corser copy in 1871 and that in the Addington collection in 1886 to get the record of Even so long ago this edition realized £22 and £30 respectively.
