The first sheet is from Broadway to #20; Second sheet is from the U. S. Treasury to #46, the Bank of America; Third sheet is from the Bank of New York to #62, The Aetna Insurance Co.; Fourth sheet is from the Howard Fire Ins. Co. to #82, just beyond Pearl Street.

EXTREMELY RARE AND IN THE FINEST POSSIBLE CONDITION. This important series begins, on the West side of Broadway, at the North end of Trinity Churchyard. The first building is the Trinity Building, and the first sheet extends to Cedar Street; the second sheet is from #139 to #167, almost to Cortlandt Street; the Third sheet is from #169 to #187, and the Fourth sheet extends the views to the corner of Fulton Street. THE SECOND SHEET IS IN ITS EARLIEST STATE, before "Western Ins. Co.'' at #139. On the East side of Broadway, covered by two sheets, the views begin with #166 (between Liberty and Maiden Lane) and extend to #210, corner of Fulton Street.
