CHARLES ABBOTT is an intercultural trainer and lecturer at the University of Westminster, London, and Director of the International Communications Training Institute at International House, London, a language school with affiliates in four Italian cities. Over the past ten years he has worked as a consultant with Italian firms in Milan, Rome, Genoa, and Naples.
