[Lond. 1813.] 8vo. Without title-page. This book appears to have been written about 1813. It was only printed so far in an unfinished state, and never published. One page is in MS. and another contains a MS. reference, both apparently by the author. Prefixed is a MS. note, by a different and unknown hand, in which this book is attributed to Lord Bexley. The volume, one of those presented by Sir John Potter, came from Lord Bexley's library, and has been, in binding, directed at the back Laurie.' We hear from good authority that the author was really David Laurie, of Glasgow.
