NOTE.-Respecting Frances Gandy and Mary Dyer, nieces of John Anstis, to whom John Anstis and the Rev. John Penneck were Guardians and Trustees. The respondents having filed a bill in Chancery against the appellant to recover money spent on Frances Gandy during infancy, obtained a decree in their favour. On appeal to the House of Lords the decree of the Court of Chancery was affirmed without costs.
