This report documents the process undertaken by FAO to analyze vulnerability at municipal level in Serbia, ranks municipal vulnerability and highlights key findings. A series of recommendations based on assessment insights present suggested actions to be taken at national and sub-national level to reduce the vulnerability of smallholder farmers in Serbia to climate change.
