CONDITIONS OF SALE. I. The Books in this Catalogue are all understood to be perfect, unless otherwise expressed; but purchasers are requested to satisfy themselves upon this point, as no books can be taken back after once having been delivered : For this purpose, the books , of each day's sale may be inspected at the Auction Rooms, during one week previously to that day's sale taking place. II. The auction duty to be paid by the purchaser. III. All books to be removed in the course of the day upon which they are sold, or to remain at the risk of the purchaser. IV.
