Memoirs of a Jew born in Hungary in 1932, relating her experiences in the Holocaust period. Recalls antisemitic persecution in her hometown (unnamed) in northeastern Hungary in 1942-44, deportation to the Sátoraljaújhely ghetto, and then life in different camps: Auschwitz, Landsberg, Dachau, and Bergen-Belsen, together with her sister Eliz. Her parents and a brother did not survive. After liberation she returned to Hungary, then immigrated to Israel, and finally to Italy in 1954. Her memoirs were originally written in Hungarian in 1945.
