midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.—Psa. 102: 24. Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.-Isa. 30: 26.

Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears. Oh, spare me, that I may recover strength.-Psa. 39: 12, 13.

O Lord, my God, I cried unto Thee, and Thou hast healed me. O Lord, Thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: Thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.-Psa. 30: 2, 3.

And when Jesus departed thence, two blind

men followed Him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us! .. And Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto Him, Yea, Lord.-Matt. 9:27, 28. Then touched He their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.-Matt 9:29.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching

in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.-Matt. 4:23.

And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of

the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw Him, he fell at his feet, and besought Him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray Thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.-Mark 5:22, 23.

And He took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, . . . Arise! And straightway the damsel arose and walked.-Mark 5:41, 42.

O Lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee: let my prayer come before Thee: incline thine ear unto my cry: for my soul is full of troubles, and my life draweth nigh unto the grave. I am counted with them that go down unto the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength.-Psa. 88: 1, 2, 3, 4.

God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain.-Rev. 21:4.

Whatsoever sickness there be; what prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, which shall know every man the plague of his own heart, then hear Thou in heaven thy dwelling-place, and forgive, and do and give to every man according to his ways, whose heart Thou knowest (for Thou, even Thou only, knowest the hearts of all the children of men).-1 Kings 8: 37-39.

I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely.-Hos. 14:4.

Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.-Matt. 8:17.

And when the men of that place had knowledge of Him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto Him all that were diseased; and besought Him that they might only touch the hem of his garment.-Matt. 14:35, 36.

And as many as touched were made perfectly whole.-Matt. 14:36.

And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto Him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were pos

sessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy.Matt. 4:24.

And He healed them.-Matt. 4:24.

Surely He hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with his stripes we are healed.-Isa. 53:4, 5.

Lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.-2 Cor. 12:7, 8.

And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.-2 Cor. 12:9.

The Child's Cry In Wakefulness and the Father's Answer By Peace and Rest

Abide with us; for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent.-Luke 24:29.

My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.—Ex. 33: 14.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you.-John 14:27.

The God of peace.-Rom. 15:33.

Wearisome nights are appointed to me.-Job 7:3.

There shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light.-Rev. 22: 5.

I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil.-Jer. 29: 11.

At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee.-Psa. 119:62.

Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.-Psa. 119: 165.

I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for He will speak peace unto his people and to his saints.-Psa. 85:8.
