Peace, peace to him that is far off and to him that is near, saith the Lord.-Isa. 57: 19.

Where is God my maker, who giveth songs in the night?-Job 35: 10.

Commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still.-Psa. 4:4.

The day is Thine, the night also is Thine.Psa. 74: 16.

Whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.-1 Thess. 5: 10.

When I awake, I am still with Thee.-Psa. 139: 18.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee.-Isa. 26:3.

And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance for ever.

And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation and in sure dwellings and in quiet resting-places.-Isa. 32: 17, 18.

My bones are pierced in me in the night season: and my sinews take no rest.-Job 30: 17.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; . . . For he For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. -Psa. 91: 5, II.

For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, in returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength.-Isa. 30: 15.

Grace be unto you, and peace, from Him which is, and which was, and which is to come.-Rev. 1:4.

My sore ran in the night, and ceased not; my soul refused to be comforted.-Psa. 77: 2. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.-Psa. 30:5.

The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee and give thee peace.-Num. 6:26.

Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.—Psa. 77: 4. Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls.-Matt. 11:28, 29.

The peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.-Phil. 4:7.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He re

storeth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.-Psa. 23.

When I lie down, I say, When shall I arise, and the night be gone? and I am full of tossings to and fro unto the dawning of the day.-Job. 7:4.

The Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow and from thy fear.-Isa. 14: 3.

My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.Psa. 130:6.

There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.-Heb. 4:9.

In His days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth.-Psa. 72:7.

I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.-Psa. 6:6.

The Lord will bless his people with peace. -Psa. 29: II.

For He is our peace.-Eph. 2:14.

With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early.-Isa. 26:9.

Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me, even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from Thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to Thee.-Psa. 139:3, II, 12.

I remember Thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.-Psa. 63: 6. This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing.Isa. 28: 12.

I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.—Psa. 77:6. Lord, thou wilt ordain peace for us.-Isa. 26: 12.

Let the peace of God rule in your hearts,

to the which also ye are called in one body.— Col. 3:15.

I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word. Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.-Psa. 119:147, 148.

Peace be unto you!-Luke 24:36.

Now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always by all means.-2 Thess. 3:16. My tears have been my meat day and night,

while they continually say unto me, Where is thy God? Yet the Lord will command his loving kindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.-Psa. 42:3, 8.

Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.-Psa. 71:21.

I have remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night, and have kept thy law.-Psa. 119: 55.

To be spiritually minded is life and peace. -Rom. 8:6.
