James, furnamed Fitz-James, whom his Father, in the 3d Year of his Reign, created a Duke, Earl, and Baron of this King dom, by the Titles of Duke of Berwick, Earl of Tinmouth, and Baron of Bofworth. In the Year 1688, he was elected one of the Knights Companions of the Most Noble Order of the Garter; bus retiring the fame Year with his Father into France, he was never inftall'd, and his Election was afterwards declared void. He is now Marshal of France, Grandee of Spain, &c. 2. Henry Fitz James, commonly call'd, The Grand Prior, whom his Father, after his Abdication created Duke of Albemarle, who dy'd in France; and 3.
