This book is super. Like in the last book I read of his (Omnivore's Dilemma) there are some false facts that he didn't research so well, but they are minor. I love Pollan's ponderings on life, and his heavy references from the great writers on nature in America. As an avid gardener myself I can really relate to a lot of his views, and I really like the way he views the gardener's place within nature.
However, if you aren't into gardening at all, this book may not be that interesting to you.
