I"m a little Michael Pollaned out, so I'll be taking a break for a while. Nevertheless, this one has the usual astute observations, and does a good job of putting things in a larger context that would probably have never occurred to you (or me, anyway). It's certainly worth your time but, I dunno, I feel like I've been chasing the dragon since Omnivore's Dilemma.
